I assume the glasses with the lemons are not actually water but some clear liquor, since you both look pretty sloshed.

Realtively speaking Joe doesn't look too bad imo. I first encoutered Joe when he ran SW stuff in the mid-west and was a bigger boy than he is now. I was amazed (and very impressed) by how he'd slimmed down, even if he did seem to have passed some of it onto Brad. I'm sure there are worse photos of him from those days.
You do look a bit legless though.
